MOTOSURF EUROPE SET FOR DEBUT IN GERMANY
MotoSurf Europe – the European ultimate championship of motorized surfboards racing is coming to Germany. Legendary Regattenstrecke Grunau in Berlin will host the second round of the Championship.
Regattenstrecke Grunau in Berlin is a well known sports facility with super rich history in rowing and powerboating. In 1936, it was even a hosting venue to Olympic regatta during the Summer Olympic Games in Berlin. The venue offers plenty of space on the water surface and comfortable surroundings with all necessary facilities for any type of powerboating discipline.
MotoSurf Europe Championship will bring three days of racing starting on Friday with Free Practices and Qualifyings. Saturday schedules heats and Sunday will deliver names of the winners at Finals where the top 12 riders from each class will fight for the Championship points.
Spectators will have a unique chance to see racers from all over Europe including the reigning MotoSurf World Champion Lukas Zahorsky – world’s number 1 in this super fast growing powerboating discipline. Women class will offer it’s best from battles of ladies and Junior classes will be present as well. Electric Challenge – flagship of the electric motosurf is going to take part at MotoSurf Electric Challenge – silent but same passioned motorized surfboard racing.
Besides racing, visitors will have a unique chance to try motorized skateboards, electric bicycles or taste some of the delicies meals provided by local food trucks.
